Brain drain 🧠🩸💟

     

         Brain drain refres to the immigration of scientists, Engineers , Doctors and other technically qualified persons usually from an undunderdeveloped and underdeveloping country to a more advanced or developed country. Every year hundreds of skilled professional and Sri Lankans trained aboard make frantic effort to leave Sri Lanka and stoy aboard.

                        There are some sad facts behind the great brain drain in Sri Lanka. One of the main reason is the widespread unemployment and undermployment in our country. The excess of skilled professionals in Sri Lanka has bred on army of educated employed. Rather than turned home to unemployment skilled Sri Lanka prefer  to story back in the west where professionals command at better market value. 

                      The better job conditions and higher standered of living in those countries lure these qualified professionals to decide to stay om ther. It is high time that people in power should think of a solution for this problem. Otherwise we may lose more youngesters to brain drain and face this massive national loss.
