My favourite dancing style

 

My favourite dancing style is kandyan dance ❤



It is a world famous dancing style.

This dancing style illustrates the proud of the sri lankan tradition all around the world .

It has spread in Udu nuwara , Harispaththuwa, Yati nuwara and Hewaheta etc.

Its' main instrument is called " Geta Beraya " .

The main ritual form of the kandyan dancing tradition is called " kohombakankariya" , wich is also known as " Kohomba yak kankariya or Kankariya " .

The dancers wear a costume called " Wes costume "

The costume of the this dance tradition is a source of pride for our country. 

The god of offering worshipped in the Kandyan dance tradition is " Kohomba "

This tradition reflects the heritage of our country.

My dreams 😍🧑‍🎓

  This is one of my dream since I was a child...         I had many dreams since I was a child.There are to become a doctor , a lowyer , a nurse, a teacher , a engineer etc. But those dreams change when I got an education.. I have loved dancing since I was a child.Because of this desire , I am starting to pursue my dream.I have been working hard for that dream since I was a child. I was in school , I had the opportunity to participate in various dance competitions. That's why I love dance so much.The I choose dance as a subject for my O/L and A/L exams.There , I was able to enter the university of the visual and performing arts due to my A/L results. I am currently studying at the University of the visual and performing arts.So now my dream are coming true beautifully.
